The Company sets forth this Privacy Policy (this "Policy") regarding the handling of user information, including personal information, of users in connection with the service provided by the Company (the "Service"), as follows.

  • log information generated within the device on which the application is executed.

The specific purposes of use of User Information in connection with the provision of the Service are as follows:

  • to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Service, including acceptance of registration for the Service, identity verification, user authentication, recording of user settings, and calculation of fee payments;
  • to measure user traffic and behavior;

  • to address acts that violate the Company's terms, policies, and the like relating to the Service (collectively, the "Terms, etc.");

The Service uses AdMob (Google Inc.) as an advertisement delivery tool, and AdMob may automatically obtain user information. The following information collection modules are incorporated into the Service. Accordingly, User Information will be provided to the information collection module providers as set forth below.

Firebase

The Service uses Firebase (Google Inc.) as a tool to collect application usage data for the purpose of maintaining and improving the Service, and Firebase may automatically obtain user information. 4. Provision to Third Parties

The Company will not provide personal information within the User Information to any third party without obtaining the prior consent of the user. However, this shall not apply in the following cases where provision to a third party is necessary:

  • where the Company outsources all or part of the handling of personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use;
  • where personal information is provided in connection with the succession of business due to a merger or other reason;
  • where personal information is provided to partners or information collection module providers in accordance with the provisions of Section 3;
  • other cases permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (the "APPI") or other laws and regulations.

Where the Company outsources the handling of personal information within User Information to a third party, the Company selects a service provider that meets the Company's prescribed criteria for selecting outsourcees, enters into an outsourcing agreement with such provider, and ascertains the handling of personal information by the outsourcee, including through periodic reports.

6. Requests for Disclosure of Personal Information, etc.

If a user makes a request under the APPI for notification of the purposes of use of retained personal data, disclosure of retained personal data or records of provision to third parties, correction, addition, or deletion of the contents of retained personal data, or suspension of the use or deletion of retained personal data or suspension of provision to third parties (collectively, "Requests for Disclosure, etc. of Personal Information"), the Company will, after confirming that the request has been made by the user in person, respond to such request without delay in accordance with the Company's prescribed procedures.

8. Procedure for Amending the Privacy Policy

The Company will amend this Policy as necessary. When amending this Policy, the Company shall make the effective date and content of the amended Policy known by posting them on the Company's website or by other appropriate means, or shall notify users.
